The Georgia Debate Union, which is sponsored by the Department of Communication Studies, received a shout-out from UGA’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences in their September news brief. The shout-out was in regards to GDU’s outstanding performance at the Georgia State University debate tournament, held September 16-18, 2017. Communication Studies Students Receive University-Wide Awards during Honors Week

Congratulations to Tim Curran, Mengfei Guan, Hillary Palmer, and Abbey Miner for receiving university-wide awards during the University of Georgia’s Honors week!
